Farewell to Aunty Kavita!!

Last 12 July 2009 (Sunday), we had a farewell dinner for Kavita at Simply Penang, MidValley who will be heading to Sydney for her Master's degree. We wish Kavita all the best in her studies and looking forward to see her back to Malaysia successfully.

Welcome back Aunty Adeline!

Aunty Adeline Chua is the good friend of Mommy and Daddy since SFX (St. Francis Xavier Church) Lifeline. She went to New Zealand for her PhD and planning to settle down there with her husband Uncle Albertus.
She came back to Malaysia for her holiday and met up with us on 15 July 2009 (Wednesday) for dinner with her sister, Esther at The Waterlily Cafe in Puchong and proceed to our house for her first visit. Xavier was full of joy the first time he met Aunty Adeline. See....

Although it was a short catch up, we really appreciate the time spent and glad to have met up.

More adventureous taste!!

I introduced Xavier the following "adult" food in July

1) Baskin Robbins ice cream (tiny portion ONLY)
2) Garlic bread
3) Raisin bread (I took off the raisin as it maybe a choking hazard)
4) Rice crackers
5) Heong Peng with mug bean (issit correct??)
6) Durian
7) Grape (feeding him by hand and with high care as grape is choking hazard if larger piece and grape seed is choking hazard)

Besides the "adult" food as above, I have added new ingredient into Xavier's meal.
1) Organic alphabet pasta for baby

New recipie!

Last Saturday, I made a very nice meal for Xavier which I loved it as well. Therefore, I would like to share it. Sorry folks, no photos taken as it was made in grandma's house.

It's called "POTATO BROCOLLI N SALMON" steam :P

Ingredients:
1) 2 medium sized potatoes
2) 3 parts of brocolli - not whole (I got the organic ones)
3) Approx. 50g of salmon

Cooking Method:
1) Cut the potato into small pieces
2) Cut the brocolli into tiny pieces
3) Combine the potato, brocolli and salmon into a wide plate, then put into steam for 15 mins
4) Take out and mash the cooked food
5) Enjoy!

3 seconds

Last Saturday, I discovered that Xavier can stand up on his own for 3 seconds. Bravo son!!
